3 Thoughts on Bayern 2, Dortmund 1 http://t.co/5FHZoGh0BL
Countdown to Guardiola-Mourinho UEFA Super Cup starts now...
FT Bayern 2:1 Dortmund. What a great game. Bayern finally sheds the CL loser's albatross (Robben!), and Dortmund was terrific too. Classic.
BAYERN GOAL—Robben redeemed, again. What a game, and there's still time left. 2-1 Bayern.
This game is bananas—Subotic clears off the line at the last second. Wow.
No DOGSO red for Dante there too?
GOAL DORTMUND—Reus earns the penalty and Gündogan converts past Neuer. 1-1 and here we go.
GOAL BAYERN—Yes, that was a terrific pass from Robben to Mandzukic for the goal.
RT @courtemancheMLS Club decided to conduct the press conference following training.
Anyone know why this Rogers press conference is happening during the Champions League final?
Sensational goalkeeping keeps it 0-0 at HT. Robben missing chances, Gündogan a force of nature. Dortmund has to feel the better of the two.
Robben has a ton of talent, but he rarely seems to fit in with the rest of his teammates. Certainly not a pass-first guy.
Gündogan is everywhere on the field. Has a great engine, but can he keep up this pace for 90 minutes?
Dortmund has already had more corner kicks (2) than Chelsea had vs Bayern in last year's final (1). Was 20-1 in CKs last year.
Only thing better than this fake pre-game horse at CL final were the fake pre-game white elephants at the WC2010 final.
Agree that sexual orientation in sports ultimately shouldn't be news. But Robbie Rogers being 1st openly gay MLS player sure is.
