So if you want the larger speaker, I have two Boses: one portable, one not. This is small and compact and for other purposes.
Listen, folks. The portable speaker is for small stuff, not a big party. I use it to carry around the house; on the driving range; traveling
This is the Beats Pill portable speaker. Beyond disappointed in the sound. And costs the most at $199. WEAK.

Y'all know I don't play around with my music. If you are looking for a portable speaker, the JBL has Bluetooth @ and auxiliary plug. Get it!
Not only was the JBL portable speaker cheaper at $99, the sound was clear and robust. I tested Sam Cooke, Ray Charles, Luther & @KirkWhalum.
What BLEW AWAY the Beats Pill and the Jawbone Jambox? The JBL portable speaker. It was even better than my iMain2Go portable speaker!
So then I tried the Beats Pill portable speaker ($199). Sound was terrible! Was scratchy and hollow. I tested it using @musicbykem playlist.
The Jawbone Jambox retails for $179 and the sound is WEAK! It's not robust, even when turned all the way up. My iMainGo2 portable kills it
Y'all know I'm a techie. So when I saw the Jawbone Jambox I had to test the sound out. Thank goodness I went into the store!
